Do I need any equipment? 

No! The beauty of FlowPower is that you do not need any equipment. If you have a mat you are welcome to use it. If you don’t, that’s ok to because you don’t need one. All you need is you! 

Do I need running shoes? 

Running shoes are optional. If you prefer working out barefoot or with minimalist shoes that is fine. Whatever you are most comfortable with!

Is 15 minutes enough time?

Yes! The idea behind FlowPower is that you are constantly moving and challenging different energy systems. 15 minutes might not seem like enough time, but when your body is being challenged the whole time, it is. FlowPower adapts to what works for your schedule and sometimes all we have is 15 minutes!

How important is my diet with FlowPower?

Diet and exercise go hand in hand so it is important that you are eating a healthy balanced diet. Included with every purchase is FlowPower’s nutrition guide which will have a diet plan for you to follow to ensure optimal results. To take your results one step further we have FlowPower Matrix. This is an all natural supplement taken everyday to ensure you will get the most out of all your hard work. 

Will I plateau doing FlowPower?

No! FlowPower was built to avoid plateauing for any fitness level. There are 3 levels of workouts to move up through and within each level there are 4 different workouts. These two things allow for variety to always keep your body guessing.  

I was recently injured. Can I do FlowPower?

With any existing medial condition (injury, heart condition, high BP, existing disease, pregnancy, etc) you will want to get clearance from your doctor. They will give you guidelines for your physical activity to ensure your safety.  

What fitness levels is FlowPower for?

FlowPower is built for all fitness levels. Whether you are someone just starting out or an elite athlete, this program is built for you. FlowPower has 3 different levels and with your purchase you will receive a program outlining how you should progress based on your fitness level.
